By accessing a Kingfisher Tech website, game, or application, you agree to these terms and any additional terms presented with the product. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

You may use the products for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with their store licenses. You may not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, exploit them to harm others, or copy and redistribute protected content except where the law permits.
Purchases and advertising
Purchases made through an app marketplace are also governed by that marketplace’s terms. Prices, refunds, and transaction processing are handled by the applicable marketplace. Some products may display third-party advertising or offer optional rewarded advertising.
Intellectual property
Kingfisher Tech products, branding, artwork, software, and original content are owned by Kingfisher Technology Holdings LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Availability and changes
Products may change, gain or lose features, or become unavailable. Updates may be required to continue using certain functionality.

Products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that a product will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingfisher Technology Holdings LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of a product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
