Scope
This policy applies to Kingfisher Tech websites, games, and applications that link to it. Individual products may provide additional notices when their features require them.
Information that may be processed
The information involved depends on the product and the features you use. It may include:
- Basic device and app information, such as device type, operating-system version, app version, language, and diagnostic events.
- Gameplay or feature activity used to operate an app, maintain progress, understand performance, and correct errors.
- Advertising information in ad-supported products, such as advertising identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data, subject to your device settings and consent choices.
- Information you choose to send when requesting support, including your email address and the contents of your message.
App Store purchases are processed by Apple. Kingfisher Tech does not receive your full payment-card information.
How information is used
- Provide and maintain the requested app or service.
- Save progress and purchases when a product supports those features.
- Diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
- Display, measure, and limit advertising in ad-supported products.
- Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests.
Service providers
Some products may rely on services supplied by Apple, Google AdMob, Firebase, or other vendors disclosed in the relevant app. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Kingfisher Tech does not sell personal information for money.
Your choices
You can manage app permissions, tracking preferences, notifications, and personalized advertising through your device settings. You may also contact the studio to ask a privacy question or request access to or deletion of information associated with a support interaction.
Children
Kingfisher Tech does not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner that requires parental consent without providing the required notice and controls. Product age ratings and child-directed status are specified in the relevant app listing.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
This policy may be updated when products, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is posted.
